Shipping policy

Our delivery is through APC overnight. They are great to work with and are as passionate as us in ensuring that your corals arrive safe and sound.

Here’s the deal on what we believe to be the best delivery for your corals:


Delivery dates: Wednesday and Thursday, weekly on a timed service for next day delivery, pre 12 midday.

Depending on your location, we may deliver your item personally (we like to meet our fellow hobbyists at a social distance). 

If this is an option, your postal address will automatically qualify you for 'local delivery' at checkout. Should you decide to proceed with this option, we will give you a call to arrange either a same day delivery or a delivery time that works for you.

Currently, we ship only within mainland UK. However, if you are not within the UK but your interested in purchasing a coral, we would be more than happy to have a chat and find a way to make it work. Returns and exchanges

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on livestock due to the additional stress that the corals would be placed under. If you have any queries, please complete our contact form here or email us at support@incrediblecorals.com

Orders

Pick your corals and add them to the cart. Once you proceed to the checkout, you will be able to enter your discount code. If you are having problems with the discount code, feel free to complete our contact form here or email us at support@incrediblecorals.com

We understand that at times this may happen. We will do what we can to cancel your order. However, if your order has been shipped then it won't be possible to cancel the order due to the content of your purchase being livestock.

Nope, you are free to treat yourself as much or as little as you like.

Where possible, we ensure that our delivery charges work for you and at the lowest possible price.

Here is how we have calculated this: 
For orders below 249.99 GBP we charge 14.99 GBP for standard delivery

For orders over 250.00 GBP, delivery is free. 

Orders which are deemed as ‘local delivery’ allows the Incredible Corals team to personally drop off your order for 4.99 GBP on the same day or on a day that is convenient for you. 

Please note, eligibility for this option is determined based on your postcode and would automatically show on the payment page as an option to you.

If it doesn’t show, please assume that you don’t meet the criteria and only qualify for standard deliery through APC.

Please note we ensure that all Covid-19 compliance standards are met.

Delivery

Not being present when your order arrives may of course present challenges.

We will always communicate the delivery timeframe and delivery date of your order to make this as convenient for you as possible and to reduce coral stress. 

We would need your commitment to ensure that you are present when you order arrives. Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for this on our part or offer a refund or credit note. 

We are more than happy to accommodate a change in delivery date as long as your order has not been dispatched.

However, please note our delivery dates are currently Wednesday and Thursday, weekly.
